Shipping

Standard shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed by the site when you check out. Please allow two business days before your order is shipped. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for arrival of your order.

We Use Canada Post

Upon receipt of purchase, your order will be shipped by Canada Post - Expedited Service. We require your telephone number as well as street address or P.O. Box number for deliveries. Depending on the size of your order, it may necessary to send more than one package. In the rare event that it actually costs more to send your package than the automatic shipping estimation on your order invoice - your order total will be adjusted to reflect the extra cost. We will contact you with the exact amount.

We will not allow a refund on products that are not damaged and that you specifically ordered. Please return unused product within 14 days of receipt, after which no returns will be accepted. Credit notes will be issued within a one month period. Should your package get lost when you send it back to us, it is your responsibility to submit a claim to the post office, therefore, please keep your proof of postage.
